Warranty
We strive to guarantee our work to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. All crown, bridge, and removable dental restorations will be constructed using defect-free materials and will conform to the written specifications provided with each work order.
Remake Policy
Remakes at no charge will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the following situations or conditions, remakes will be charged again at the original set price:
- We question the die, margin, or impression and the dentist approves case to be completed after discussing the case with the lab.
- A try-in is requested by the lab; the dentist refuses and ask to complete the case.
- Teeth are re-prepped.
- Shade has changed from the original shade requested.
- Partial fits the master cast, but does not fit in the mouth.
- The restoration is over 18 months old from the date of delivery
Canceled Cases
Any case stopped mid-production will be charged based on the amount of work completed at the time the call to stop the case was received.
Rejected Cases
The cost of crown, bridge, and removable restorations cannot be refunded (i.e., a refund check). If a case is rejected rather than a remake, we will issue a 50% credit to the dentist’s account balance when the case in question qualifies according to the policy listed guidelines. The restoration must be returned with the original impression and model work. (Turnaround times are currently 10-12 days in the lab because of sustained raw material shortages, labor challenges and the supply chain issues that are affecting us all. Our normal turnaround times are 5-7 days depending on the restoration. Thank you for your understanding.)
